Russell McCutcheon | Lead Pastor

Russell has worked in ministry for fourteen years. He spent seven years as a dedicated pastor with Fellowship Memphis. After completing the residency program at Fellowship Memphis, Russell pastored their Germantown outpost.

Russell has been married to LaToya for over twenty years, and they have two adult children. Together, Russell and LaToya have traveled to many countries, training indigenous leaders in disciple-making. The McCutcheons love Jesus’ church and seeing people come to know God and serve Him.

Russell has a B.A. from Nicholls State, an M.A. from Eastern University, and an M.Div. from Mid-America Seminary.

Kyle ‘Bapo’ Roque | Director of Operations

Bapo is one of Reconciliation Church’s Pastoral Interns and provides leadership for Reconciliation Men & First Impressions.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Bapo has spent the past decade in ministry in the RDU area. He has served the local body through various ministries, such as Children's, Youth, College, Outreach, and Men. He has a passion for God's people, God's word, and the advancement of God's church from the four corners of the block to the four corners of the earth. His calling is for the Church and the Biblical and Life Literacy of all saints.

He is married to his beautiful bride Shameka, and they have one four-legged child named Charlie. Some of the joys in his life are spending time with his family, watching sports, and enjoying good food with his favorite people.

Dax Palmer | Pastoral Intern

Dax Palmer has been married for 13 years and has 4 kids and 2 grandkids. He has been in Wake County for 20 years and lived in SE Raleigh for nearly a decade. Dax’s desire has been to follow in his Grandfather's footsteps and become a pastor. After 15 years of working in the community development sector throughout Raleigh, he’s excited to pursue his passion.

During his time working at Christ The King Presbyterian Church (CTK), he recognized his love and desire to see people not only receive and believe in the Gospel but also to see people flourish in their community. At CtK, he was able to create a non-profit that brought people from the community to learn how to design and build websites, so they can earn a livable wage. Building community and making people feel welcomed has always been in his D.N.A, and he hopes to bring this desire to his family’s new home at Reconciliation Church.

Education - A.A. Substance Abuse Counseling, B.A. Christian Studies, Mdiv- currently pursuing.
