Walk. Run. Ride. for CORRAL

CORRAL equips girls from high-risk situations through a holistic program of equine therapy and education. They offer vocational training, horseback riding, tutoring and mentoring from their Cary and SE Raleigh campuses, and they're launching a virtual 5k fundraiser called "Walk. Run. Ride."

As a church, we're excited to join them in this. Here's how it will work: Register here under the team "Reconciliation Church" and select a fundraising goal for yourself based off of our church-wide fundraising goal ($2,000). We'll gather together as a church community for a walk on May 22nd at 9 AM at Knightdale Station Park to participate in the virtual 5k and raise awareness for CORRAL. In the meantime, once you register, you'll receive a fundraising packet with info on raising money and social media shareables. From there, reach out to friends and family to let them know about CORRAL and encourage them to support their mission. This 5k is a fantastic way to live out Reconciliation's core value of Empowering Community—will you join us as we do just that?

We'll also be having a churchwide farm workday at CORRAL's southeast Raleigh location on May 15th from 9:30-12. Come out and help serve CORRAL and get to know their mission and their work a bit better. To join us, sign up here.
