Russell McCutcheon has roots in North Carolina. His dad was born in Winston Salem. As he processes what God is doing with him, He sees God’s hand in bringing him to the state where his father was raised, to plant Reconciliation Church. Russell has worked in ministry for fourteen years, with seven of these years being a pastor with Fellowship Memphis. After going through the residency of Fellowship Memphis, Russell pastored their Germantown outpost.
Russell has a B.A. from Nicholls State, an M.A. from Eastern University and an M.Div. from Mid-America Seminary.
God has given Russell a heart for seeing people from all over the world come to know Jesus and, for those who have trusted in Him, to grow in their faith; from spiritual infancy to spiritual maturity.
Russell is married to Latoya, and they have two children, Bria and Zion. Russell and Latoya have traveled to many countries together, training indigenous leaders in disciple making, and they love Jesus’ church and seeing people come to know God and serve Him.
Ted was raised in the mountains of North Carolina and moved to Raleigh to attend NC State University. When beginning to pursue a career in academic research he found himself developing a passion to help all people find freedom in Jesus. His role is to develop strategy for the vision of Reconciliation Church. Ted is married to Ashley, a first grade teacher. You can find them riding their bikes on the greenway, trying new recipes, and always believing this is the year Wolfpack will win the NCAA Tournament.
